【Solution】Why does VLC Media Player look worse?640×480@30Hz?strange resolution?

Why does VLC Media Player look worse?

VLC Media Player judged resolution mistakenly

When I used the Video Capture Card HDMI to USB, Image quality was very worse. It can be not read.

It is bad so as not to be able to read a letter.

I check the problem

『Tools』→ Codec Information

I input 1920×1080 to the Video Capture Card HDMI to USB, but VLC Media Player judge 640×480. Probably I think that it is an affinity of the Video Capture Card HDMI to USB and VLC Media Player.

Solution

I changed setting.『Media』→ Open Capture Device…

I input 『video size』 with 1920×1080（x is small X not multiplication）. And I click 『Advanced options…』

I input『Picture aspect-ratio n:m』with 16:9, and 『Video input frame rate』with 30. And I click 『OK』. An error may be given when you input 60 into 『Video input frame rate』.

I click 『Play』and am completion

Picture Captured is clean

A picture captured in VLC media player becomes clean.
